Vintage Jeannette Cheesecake Recipe Plate – Scalloped Edge Pie Dish

This Cheesecake recipe dish is positively scrumptious. Vintage Cheese Cake Plate with Recipe printed in the front. Made by Royal China Jeannette Corporation.

The pie plate front reads:
Creamy Dreamy
Cheese Cake

1 1/2-cup graham cracker crumbs
2 - tbsp. sugar
3 - tbsp. butter (melted)

19-oz. cream cheese
1-cup sugar
1/2-tsp. vanilla
3- eggs

Heat over to 350 degrees. Mix crumbs and 2 tbsp. sugar, stir in butter thoroughly. Press into bottom and sides of pie plate, bake ten minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

Reduce over to 300 degrees. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large mixer bowl, add vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Pour over cracker crust and bake one hour or until center is firm. Cool and top with sweet fruit. Chill three hours.

SIZE: Measures approximately 11" in diameter at widest part, 7.25" diameter at base,
1.75" in depth.
