Folk Art Decorative Plate, Yellow Elk, Blue and Green Reticulated Design

Incredibly unique both in subject matter, and look and feel. The colors are blue, yellow, and green. The animal is perhaps an elk or a deer or antelope. The plate is reticulated. It is not just the cut outs, but the unique shape of the plate that add to the mystique. Very similar to (we strongly suspect it is) very old Majolica Faience Cantagalli. The markings are unique!

We do not know about the markings, or who the piece is signed by. It seems like a 100% handmade piece. There is some wear on a few of the some of the edges. This is on the tips/edges. They are not very noticeable, and are hard to see in the photos.
